24h Management Service for Urban Buildings
24h of remote monitoring of equipment alarm system, immediate action, emergency procedures and temporary restoration for unmanned(Official in charge are not permanently stationed)apartment houses and small and medium sized office buildings. Highly cost effective service by routine inspection of equipment of buildings,、 various meter reading, inspection of abnormal parts, and daily cleaning and peripatetic daily cleaning.(area restricted)

Building Repair Work Section
General repair and maintenance work such as interior construction, replacement of a water supply-discharge pump, construction work against water leakage, plumbing, door and key replacement, air conditioner replacement, tree planting administration and exterior wall coating.

Special Cleanliness&Sanitation team
Cabin cleaning of International airlines, airport facilities, and clean rooms. Cleaning with vacuum damper for building pit, sewage tank, side ditch. Special cleaning of manufacturing line of food factory Special cleaning at bread factories for factory audit of AIB Food Safety Cleaning of new built building before completion and outer wall cleaning etc.

Temporary Staffing Service
Temporary staffing and charged employment placement services of concierge, office workers, janitors, construction managing engineers、workers for light works of manufacturing lines and cleaning staffs.

Facility Construction Service(Plumbing, Electrical construction)
Mainly in new construction site. Plumbing, installing equipment, suspend installation of equipment, sleeve and insert constructions, non-destructive inspection of buildings, temporary staffing of facility management staff for handing over equipment after completion of buildings. Drawing working diagram and CAD design etc.

Waste Disposal and Recycling 
We provide services of cleaning of buildings and waste disposal as one set service.(mainly in Saitama prefecture) Not only disposing waste, we dispose fixtures, and we purchase and recycle of valuable materials. We dispose mixed plastic waste which can not be recycled, with thermal recycling(garbage burning generation) Also we recycle almost 100% of waste bread, waste dairy products and waste noodles discarded from bread factories into dietary cure and liquid feeding, and we provide them to hog raisers located in Kanto area.
As we hold collection and transport system and intermediate treatment facilities by our self, we can provide special crushing service of confidential documents,
HDDs of computers and inferior products produced by manufacturing process under complete management method.

2)24Hours duty system of patrol and dispatch
In comprehensive building management service and apartment management service, when abnormal problem taken place at a contract property, security guards of leading security company of our partner company rush to the site. Also, when abnormal problem found in buildings or facilities, facility maintenance engineer dispatch from our management control center with 24hour supporting service and provide emergency procedure.
